I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, but different from what I expected based on the photos. The service was decent, but some amenities like room service were lacking. The location was cool being close to the subway, but a bit far from central attractions. The dining was good with Japanese-style options, but the breakfast was a bit challenging. Overall, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.
